ZzzQuil is indicated to relieve occasional sleeplessness. Stop use and ask a doctor if your sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks. P.S. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine (Benadryl and ZzzQuil , not related to DXM and with very different effects ) can be an interesting high but it’s not exactly fun. Experiment a bit with 200mg or so and see if you’re OK with the effects . Higher doses will cause you to hallucinate things and hear things.

9/25/2014 · Great trip report. I still have yet to see people that weren’t there or any major hallucinations when taking 600 mg. The only true visual hallucination that ive seen was when I reached for my cell phone and it vanished in front of my eyes. I do want to experience these hallucinations but I hate the side effects too much to dose higher.
